Don't forget we have election of officer's next Tuesday!  We also will have another informational meeting next Tuesday at 4:30pm before the Union meeting and then another one at 5:30pm after the meeting for anyone who missed tonight's meeting. We will vote on the tentative contract on April 10, 2012.

Today we met with the company this afternoon and had discussion around technology side letter and console and bidding rights. No results on any. We will meet tomorrow in the morning for the refinery and in the afternoon for R&D.

Tomorrow 3/22  the clerks meet in the morning then the refinery meets in the afternoon.
We met with the company all day today without much success. The company is still refusing to move on their proposal#3 to pay the console operators by using a tiered wage on future operators!
The company is also refusing to move on their proposal#11  Ability to Direct Hire into crafts if the winning bidder can't pass the Craftsman-level qualifications test within 60 days. Basically further restricting operations from bidding out! Furthermore they have also failed to address most of our proposals!
